Stamna Tavern is one of the few genuine cypriot taverns left in Ayia Napa. Most of our dishes have their origin
on our family dinnertable in Dherynia and everything is homemade by either Andreas' mother or him self.
Very famous is Stamna's "Taramosalata". Andreas makes it from his own secret recipe and the light pink dip made
by him is one of the greatest pleasures of Cyprus. Try the "Tarama" with the cypriot cheese - world know for it's
wonderful taste - "Halloumi".
On the menu is as well the tender lamb of "Kleftico", winemarinated "Afelia" and the great "Meze".
